U12 (Born 2007-2006) – U14 ( Born 2005-2004)

Program Structure:
The residential soccer camp will follow the format of daily theme days (dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending) at an Elite level of instruction. In addition to this we have daily skill clinics which will work on individual skills (juggling, trapping, ball manipulation). There will be specialized keeper training for those that play that position.

Each day the participants will be part of the Soccer Tournament which will include small sided as well as 11-a side games. This will develop the characteristics of peak performers who will utilize their skills effectively in games.

Non soccer activities will be offered through out the week. They may include hiking, shopping, swimming, and canoeing.

The coaching staff will be led by our experienced staff and will include a goalkeeping specialist. We will be working off a 12-1 max ratio of players to instructor while coaching and a 6-1 ratio while doing other activities.
All staff involved with the camp will have a police security check along with current emergency first aid.

All the players will be housed at the Banff High School for the duration of the camp. The soccer part will take place at the school gym, the high school outdoor field and the rugby/soccer field.

Girls and Boys will attend at the same time. The players will be separate for certain exercise and combined for others. This will be done on a skill level as opposed to gender.
